Not so much an FAQ, just a reminder that all prices are in CAD.
The shop is restocked roughly every 4 weeks. Once a date is determined, it's posted on instagram, and email notifications are sent to my mailing list. If you'd like to receive said notifications, please join my mailing list, located at the bottom of the home page.
Please choose carefully and contact me with any questions before placing an order, as all sales are final.
I always do my best to pack your purchase/my art as carefully as possible, but, as we all know, shit happens. If somehow your order arrives damaged, please contact me with pictures of the damage within 7 days. After 7 days it may no longer be eligible for refund or replacement. Each piece is one of a kind, but I'll try my hardest to replace the damaged piece with something as similar as possible, or provide a refund.
I try to get orders out within two days of being placed, but I can't guarantee timing on shipping once it's out of my hands. Especially now with so many carriers having slower delivery times due to COVID.
All of my useable art is microwave and dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended.
COMBINING ORDERS/LOCAL PICKUP
If you place more than one order, they will automatically be combined, and any shipping overages will be refunded. If you're in the Bowmanville area and would like to pick your order up, use code LOCAL at checkout to skip the shipping charges and message me to arrange a pickup time.
